[ale] CAD drawing program

I don't know anything about AutoCad but I did some
research on Windows-Equivalent Linux Applications. 
One application that supposed to be an equivalent to
AutoCad is LinuxCad, www.linuxcad.com.  It was about
$89.  Hope that helps.
