[ale] Paging from Linux

I'm using sendpage to send big brother alerts to cellphones.  Works great in
general.  Much more reliable and faster than sending emails.

The list of paging "centrals" for the various carriers are available on the
website.  Most carriers have them even if they don't officially support it.
