[ale] Now that DirecTV DSL is discontinuing...

My checks on prices showed that Speakeasy had the cheapest setup.  You 
can get a rebate on the setup fee, pay about $52/month, and have a 
static IP at no extra cost.  Everyone else seems to be about $10-15 more 
expensive.  Now Speakeasy is more expensive than the others for 1.5Mbps 
down and 256Kbps up at $90/month.  I am talking about the 608Kbps down 
and 128Kbps up deal.
