[ale] OT: DIRECTV DSL R.I.P.

I am of course forced to regurgitate my tired old DirecTV DSL story of
having my carrier dropped, and it never returned - ineffectual customer
support, endless on-hold waits, having to start over from the beginning
with clueless techs every time I called. I eventually returned the
favor and dumped them. Good riddance.
