[ale] Mandrake can't network

Mandrake 8.0  did ship with rules and it shipped with port sentry. Which would really
drive you crazy, if you didn't know it was there. When I first install Mandrake I had to
delete the card and then reboot for it to get configured right.  then I switch to Red Hat
which right now I am not to happy with.  Gets to be a real pain when you want to upgrade a
package from the source and not wait for an rpm.
Default on rules to ACCEPT.  Looking in the /etc/host.deny file.
