No, I seem them both, but the purpose of the reply-to is because the
sender does not want email sent to the From address, therefore, when you
respond to an email, the client should look for a reply-to first, if
there is one, send the response to it, if there isn't then send it to
the From. reply-to-all should not send it to the From either if there
is a reply-to.

It should not go to the From if there is a Reply-to.

I did. I think the problem was I wasn't explicit regarding the From:
vs. reply-to.
