What!?  This sounds like total bullshit.  Apples support may not be the best
in the world, but this story just doesn;t sound credible.  My Mom uses it, I
have used it many times, and a few of my Clients have used it, and *never*
had *anything* like this happen.

Irv, your credibility just dropped to the bottom of the bucket with me.
