Not sure what you mean by 'to delete text inside.'
rm /home/drew/.xsession-errors would take care of that.

I can't imagine how that file got so large.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
