[ale] Redhat security updates available on RHN only ?

Fulton, I found it on http://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2002-119.html for
the bind* packages. link to errata packages are removed, and the exact
quote from the bottom of the page is
"The unlinked packages above are only available from the Red Hat Network"
The links on RHN page are talking about subscription and fees. Thus I had
the impression that's the only way, although it didn't mention it is
fee-based or the other way around.
