[ale] Redhat security updates available on RHN only ?

	I downloaded a new bind package via redcarpet on 12-Aug for my RH 7.2
system, so I don't think so.  I also believe Red Hat has as one of it's
policies that all software it provides is GPL or LGPL.

	Please correct me if I'm wrong.
