[ale] 'taskbar' / panel broke

Jerry,

I forced the reinstall of the gnome rpm packages. I logged on as another
user
and it worked for that new user.

Now, should I just copy the .gnome directory from that successful user to
the
/home/root directory? Would that work? Or should I just delete the
.gnome
directory in /home/root? (Perhaps if the directory is missing, it will
create a
new one?)

Thanks,

Glen
