[ale] More on the Lpatop

[Christopher Fowler]

I'm getting ready to install it.  My concern in on the Windows side.  I
want to split this HDD in half and reinstall all Windows stuff from the
restore CD.  but I do not want it to overwrite my Linux partition.  Does
anyone here have experience with this issue?
