[ale] disk usage

[root at computer /]# du -sm
du: `./proc/2995/fd/4': No such file or directory
8273   

Does this mean I have like 8.2 gig of the drive in usage? I have a cdimage 
that I am trying to move to root, and I keep getting an error mentioning that 
I have no more room in the directory.
