[ale] AbiWord's M$ Word compatibility

I usually just save my documents as RTF, usually using AbiWord. It looks
exactly how it should from platform to platform, and on Windows systems
with Word installed, a recruiter would not know the difference, as RTF
files are opened by default with Word. (They even have the same little
Word icon that is used for DOC files.)

I used to format my resume as an HTML file until an HR monkey told me she
had nothing that could read "that sort of document", and that she required
a DOC. So I saved my resume out as an RTF, and sent that. She was then
able to read it with no problems. (Of course, I didn't get the job, but
hey! Learning about DOC substitutions are always good.)
