If you can samba mount the files, you should be able to samba print
the files.  You didn't say which distribution you use, but both redhat
and mandrake have built in support for windows printing.  Use
printtool for redhat.  I forget what I used for mandrake, but I use
CUPS for my printing system and printing to Windows machines works
well.
