I just checked /. before going to bed, and apparently there's a story about
how the standard UNIX clock timer, which counts the number of seconds
elapsed since January 1, 1970, will be reaching the one billion mark
sometime tomorrow. Time to pop the champagne? Or, in this case, a bottle of
microbrewed porter?
