[ale] RPM displays error msg

version 4 rpm use BSD DB internally, which means that you'd need the
following rpm 'db3-3.1.17-4.6x' to go with your RPM-4.0.2-6x.
As you can see below, db3 does provide libdb-3.1.so
You'd be able to find this rpm side-by-side with rpm-4.0.2-6x.
