[ale] qmail problems

Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to solve your problem. But from my
experience, qmail problems were usually due to typos, incorrect
settings in the control files, and incorrect settings in the tcprules
database. The best advice I can give is to double and triple check
these places and then verify with the instructions in TEST.deliver
and TEST.receive.
