[ale] Simple E-mail

Use the KISS principle:
Download webmin complie it on RH 7.1 or 7.2 and
you won't have to learn a thing about Sendmail.
All the config files are set up via a browswer interface.
Then...after it all works (and it *will* very quickly),
you can delve into the .cf files, etc. and learn what and why.
