[ale] qmail does not recieve mail for virtual users

Good afternoon,
I am having a problem with qmail not recieving e-mail
for virtual users. This particular domain was working
fine until this
weekend. This is the only account which is virtual
account currently set up on this machine and I have no
local 
accounts. I did use a program called vpopmail to
create the virtual mail account and its users if this
info is of any
help. the following is a message I recieve after I try
to send any users for this account mail:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients.

      Subject:	test
      Sent:	1/8/2001 12:40 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      'sysadmin at xxxxxx.com' on 1/8/2001 12:40 PM
            The recipient name is not recognized
	The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a=
;p=xxxxx;l=SERVER01-010108173930Z-3650
            MSEXCH:IMS:xxxxxx:SERVER01:SERVER01 3550
(000B099C) 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for
sysadmin at xxxxx.com

Any suggestions?
