No 
boot.catalog on W2K cd.  Microsoft never follows 
standards.

    On the Microsoft OS CD's there are bootable 
    images.  I can't seem to find the image on the Joilet FS.  Is it 
    possible to us dd to pull the image from the CD?  Has anyone done 
    this?
