You will need to configure the network part first, then
the NFS and HTTP options will be visible when you select 
the ``Install Operating System Kernel and Modules'' step.

If you don't see the "Configure the Network" step, it does
not detect network devices.  Check your network modules 
then, in the "Configure Device Driver Modules".  It is
going to be circle,
Kernel/Modules -> Network -> Kernel/Modules!
