[ale] HalfLife CounterStrike?

Yea, last I checked, the only binary for Linux is the hlds which allows the
Half-Life server to run.  There are some other utilities for managing the
server, but no implementation of the game itself to play.  I suspect that
this is in the works to be changed very soon though
