Well,  No.

The wire in the house may only be rated for 15amp.  Allowing 30amps through
is a fire hazard.  I can go up to 30amps but would have to replace the wire
in the walls.  It would be easier to pull a new circuit.

Forgive the stupidity here, I don't know to much about the subject. But
could you
not replace the 15amp breaker for say a 30amp if not a 20amp don't they just
pull
out of there slot? This would seem easier then buying a UPS???
