Chris -

Your list doesn't sound awful but it's significant, esp the 21" monitor 
and the 3 computers (you don't say if the lights are fluorescent) but 
the central-air thing has me concerned.  Do the lights visibly dim for a 
few msec when the HVAC starts?

You might want to spread out this load a bit, but even so, if you 
actually get reboots when the HVAC starts, you should think about 
getting a UPS down there.  You don't need to get one of the big models 
that will compensate for a brownout necessarily - even the Back-UPS 
models (like I have 3 of here) will go on battery for 1-2 sec if there's 
a quick blink in the power.
