Take a look at http://www.speedfactory.com. They are in Marietta, b ut
deliver all over the metro area. The have adsl lines for personal use
with 1 static IP for a lot less than $100/mo. The small business
packages are $100/mo and the upload speed is 256k, not 128k that
hellsouth and earthsink have.
