[ale] Can't get a single freq monitor to "display" properly.........

Some fixed freq monitors require a fixed freq card.  I have one from ???  I will
find it tomorrow and get it to you.  In the mean time look at saturn as the search
name.  my card is a saturn for driving a fixed freq HP!
