The two lines you gave should do the trick. Make sure that 
apache has reread the configuration changes by issuing a 
"apacectl graceful"command.

If it still does not work, let us know what you are seeing. 
Is the page not being parsed? Does the error logs say 
anything? Are the directives inside a VirtualHost or other 
<Section> perhaps, and not being applied to the pages 
you want? Do you have a "Options Includes" line as needed?
