Matt;

This is a tough one.

Normally, a Unix printer set up to accept Windows generated print
streams normally takes and sends the data raw, e.g. there is no pre or
post processing done to it before it goes to the printer.  I would look
at configuring the individual windows programs to do this versus trying
to pre or post process a windows generated print stream.
