[ale] A little gripe

That's why they pay us the big bucks....

The truth of the matter is that now that computers are more "idiot-proof" 
we have more idiots using them.  Corporations do not want they line people 
having to figure out the technology and in a lot of cases forbid them from 
doing so as a matter of policy.

It's not so much that people are dumber.....it's the fact that more dumb 
people now have access and requirement to use computers.  And 
unfortunately, most of them are in Customer Support for technology vendors.....

But I don't want to get into that story...
