[ale] NameVirtualHost problems

The only reason for the seperate Directory entries would be if you want
to further restrict or allow additional permissions, (such as Indexes,
ExecCGI or FollowSymLinks) on a per website basis.  I typically
lock-down each website by allowing only the bare necessary permissions.
