[ale] SuSE 7 install - disk partitions not there

You hit the nail on the head. That really ticks me off too! Not you guessing
what I did wrong, but that a "linux" vendor would do such a thing. My hard
drive blew up in my main server and since it was an old, although
updated/upgraded system, I wanted to put the latest/greatest on a fresh
install. I chose SuSE due to it's journaling file system and good reviews. I
wasted an entire evening trying to install it and finally went back to RedHat
6.2. I can't stand RH since they are starting to act like M$ with proprietary
directories, etc, but heh, the server was back in operation in less than an
hour after that. Oh well, live and learn...
