With apologies to those trapped in DSL hell, I have to report an excellent
DSL experience with Telocity. My situation may well be close to a best
case (living in a heavily-wired Post Apartments in Atlanta, when the leaves
fall off the trees I can almost see the CO down the street). I placed my
order with Telocity on Oct 11, received my installation kit on Oct 25,
finally got around to installing it Oct 26 and was up and running at
1.5Mbps in about half an hour. Life is sweet.
