assume you have packet filter capability,

iptables -A INPUT -p icmp --icmp-type 8 -j DROP
or
ipchains -A input -p icmp --icmp-type 8 -j DENY

Actually, most of the times, you'd only need to accept 3 and 11, then
reject/drop all others.
