I have a GDM20D10 monitor. Can't I just plug a 13w13 adapter to VGA to a pc plug?
John

If it's a fixed frequency monitor that you have, and you need a PCI video
card for the PC to talk to it, I may be willing to sell the Photon card
that I have. OTOH, if you have a newer Sun monitor with the HD15 interface,
the adapter be sure to get the cable-type adapter from Sun (it'll be most
likely be the right gender). They also make a connector-type (similar to the
9-25 pin adapters for serial ports) that connects a 13w3 monitor to an HD15
interface card on the Ultra class PCI systems.
