Well, there service must vary quite a bit.  I've not had them for
internet connectivity, but I did have (summit cable->Time
Warner->MediaOne) for cable service.  My personal experiences are that
they have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't
ever consider them for any type of service again.

My picture would get really lousy for no reason, they wouldn't come out
without me agreeing to pay a visit charge.  Cold day in hell I'd use
them for anything.
