[ale] WOT: Smoker help?

Hey, I'm getting help and no flames.  If anyone makes it out to Denver,
I'll try to have some REAL down south (I'm from forsyth, just north of
macon) Pork BBQ.  All I can get out here is the Texas beef stuff.  Blah.
