[ale] httpd stopped working

Try doing a "host `hostname`" and see if anything's askew. Also check the
value of /etc/HOSTNAME and compare it to the result of the "hostname" cmd. I
get that message as well whenever my cable modem doesn't pull down DHCP
config info successfully.
