Actually, they did put me on speakerphone with an installer.  In regards
to my 486/120, he said "Oh, it would WORK, but.."  Now, do you think I'm
an idiot?

Then I was told "we don't do self-installs."

I'm still considering sitting them down in front of my other machines and
having some fun....
