[ale] Oracle 8 and Caldera 2.2

I am getting segmentation faults when trying to execute svrmgrl
as user Oracle.

I'm  using Oracle 8.0.5
and Caldera 2.2

I had no problems running under Rh5.2 so I'm thinking that there
may be a problem with one of the libraries.  Has anyone seen
this problem?
