[ale] Digital Cameras and Linux

I have some experience with pro-level digcams like the Kodak DCS420.  It's a
SCSI device that uses a TWAIN driver like a scanner, but Kodak supplied the
driver software that was actually used to thumbnail and pull down pics of its
internal hard drive.
