[ale] XCDROAST progress, but still not underway <- HELP needed

Greetings !

Thanks to all for previous help.

Current status:

    On the COPY DATA-CD screen, I am not provided a "Write Image"
choice, i.e. the button is greyed out, nor am I offered a "Quick
CD-COPY" choice, for the same reason.

    On the SETUP screen, I don't have the CD-WRITER DEVICE choice,
because when I click on the button there is no response from the drop
down menu offering choices.

Any help appreciated,
