[ale] Linux-2.2.5 HELP

OK   So I installed kernel-2.2.5, recompiled pcmcia, and went on to
recompile sound but sndconfig said I needed a newer version for 2.2.5.

Fine.

So I downloaded sndconfig-0.29.1.  Tried to compile it and it said I
needed isapnptools >= 1.16

Fine.

So I downloaded isapnptools-1.18 but it is not working properly (at
all).

P.S. - Machine type Toshiba Sat.   P233   96mbRAM
