[ale] Netscape bus error

I had this one for a while myself. The problem in my case was that there
were not sufficient resources for the program to run. Before you run
Netscape, (I mean JUST before) I would like you to type 'free' at the
command prompt and see what's available for memory.
I had found in my case that I had made two major errors. One was that I
had accidentally set the kernel to constrain the system to 16M of RAM, and
second was that I had managed to disable the swap and not re-enabled it.
It was the result of too much distraction in the workplace.
