Yes... PAP and CHAP are two entirely different authentication
protocols... but most ISP in practice uses PAP authentication since that
is what M$'s DUN uses... or actually M$ has their own dement'd version of
PAP... For all intents and purposes this should work if your ISP uses M$
DUN to get Win95 users online rather than special software...
