[ale] Media cablemodem

Hopefully in a few weeks I'll know more, (I start working for MediaOne later this
month) but I think they are going to offer some sort of dial-up plan (I'm assuming
it won't be $40/month) in the interim before they get cable modem access to all
areas.   ...just my $0.02
