[ale] FTP Problem...

Hello all!

Can someone tell me why FTP won't finish properly when I'm downloading large
files?  I've tried several FTP clients like Netscape and llnlftp as well as
the command line ftp that comes with Linux...

I'm using RH4.2 in case that makes a difference.  I don't remember having this
problem when I ran Slackware 3.1...

Thanks in advance for any information on the subject!
