[ale] deleting files on an NFS mount

I've got an NFS mount point on my computer and I need to delete some of the
files on it.  The volume is exported as listed below.

        /home           122.229.82.45(rw,insecure)

The fstab on my computer looks like this.

        luxbbs:/home              /mnt/luxbbs               nfs    soft,intr,rw

Any suggestions?
