how was the Emory meeting, GCC question...

I wanted to attend the meeting last night, but work prevented me. I had
a question about the 20$ CDs that were there. I am using the June 1994 Info
Magic CD (2 cds) with the 2.5.8 version of GCC. I need to get the 2.6.0(x)
version of GCC which is capable of instantiating templates. Was that version
of GCC on the CD available last night?
