[ale] Refurbished HDDs

I have a quantity of 3.5" sas drives purchased to populate a sizable Dell
sas drive array. They have the sas to sata interposer.  I have 16? I don't
recall the storage size. A few hundred GB. The drive array needs a new home
as well. One of dual power supplies has failed.
